Gakugei-Daigaku

Necoma’s cat cafe is in a minimalistic pure white room, with many nooks and crannies for cats to duck in and out from. Customers are charged per half hour, with no requirement to order any additional drinks (though they do serve really good orange juice), and are loaned a free cat toy. The cats at Necoma are friendly and also lazy, usually sleeping around, staring out the windows, but unafraid to get up close and personal with their human friends.

It’s a really great place to spend some time with furry friends, without feeling like you are giving your money to some touristy attraction that takes advantage of their animals – here, instead, you're giving to a good cause that protects them.
