Le Musee De H is one of Kanazawa's most popular dessert shops, serving up desserts by renowned Japanese pattisier, Hironobu Tsujiguchi, who has represented Japan in world tournaments multiple times and won the title of World-Champion. He also took part in 1997 in Japan's Iron Chef as a pastry chef and won the competition. Located within a museum, Le Musee De H aims to use the best of local ingredients from the while combining it with sophisticated designs befitting of its location.
